Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact to clients

HubSpot Technical Consultant

As a HubSpot technical consultant, you will design and implement HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub optimizations. In this customer-facing role, you will use technical skills that you’ve honed in your 3-5 years experience with HubSpot, ideally in a Marketing, Revenue, or Sales Ops role. This is a part time, hourly contract role at first, and may become a full-time position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage HubSpot implementation and optimization using built-in features and integrations with Salesforce and other software applications
- Manage day-to-day HubSpot system maintenance and configuration, as well as act as the first line of support for our clients
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot workflows, objects, fields, forms, data enhancement, and more.
- Implement process controls to adhere to data governance mandates such as GDPR
- Work collaboratively with other team members, including Customer Success, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, technology and other groups.
- Additional responsibilities or participation on internal projects will be decided upon with your manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with an agency
- HubSpot Inbound and HubSpot Software certifications required within first 30 days of joining the organization
- Very strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate strategy into discrete tasks
- Work independently or as part of a team on client projects
- Strong technical skills, especially HubSpot and Excel
- Bachelors or Masters of Arts or Science strongly preferred
Salesforce Technical Consultant

As a Salesforce Technical consultant, you will work on many Salesforce objects. These may include forecasting, contract management, opportunities, dashboards and reporting. This knowledge will help you maintain a strong understanding of other related business applications to make recommendations for client system and process improvements. This is a part time, hourly contract role at first, and may become a full-time position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage users, create and maintain custom objects and fields, handle data migration, and maintain page layouts
- Assist configuring and maintaining sandbox environments to facilitate development and QA testing of new features and functionality
- Support the day-to-day functionality of a complex implementation used by the Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Service teams
- Participate in the research, selection, set up and support of third-party application tools
- Build time-based workflows and lead assignment rules
- Design different custom dashboards for various user groups based on their business functionalities and needs
- Create and deploy reports for different user profiles based on the need in the organization

Requirements:
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable projects and tasks within Salesforce
- Applicants must either be Salesforce Admin certified or be able to pass the certification exam within 30 days after start
- Applicants must acquire the Salesforce Consulting certification within the first six months of employment
- Prefer familiarity with APEX code or APEX triggers
