Enterprise/Mid-Market Customer Success Manager

As an Enterprise/Mid-Market Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in building relationships with MRM’s key clients, turning delighted clients into Yeti champions, and expanding MRM’s footprint through account growth:

Primary job functions include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to clients
  • Translate client needs into project requirements for Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua)
  • Working with project team and software vendors directly to solve client challenges
  • Manage team resources to ensure that delivery teams are properly staffed and equipped to meet client expectations
  • Provide project status and financial metrics to clients and MRM executive team to ensure proper billing, resource planning, and forecasting
  • Develop proactive business strategies with clients to ensure that they are achieving the highest possible ROI from their sales and marketing tech stack
  • Identify and forecast account expansion opportunities

 

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting (ideally working in a senior manager level role)
  • Marketing automation tool experience in HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or Salesforce
  • The confidence, knowledge and poise to work with cross functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Services, Marketing, and Executive teams) and discuss business strategies with senior managers in enterprise accounts
  • An understanding of how executives think: creating value (for the business and/or shareholders)
  • Experience in project plans and time allocation (to have an appreciation of how Enterprise/Mid-Market managers are expected to operate)
  • Understand how decisions are made and approved within large organizations
  • Ability to work on project execution as well as work with software providers to get answers to technical questions
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in executing technical projects
  • PMP or Project Management Certification Preferred
  • Bachelors or Master of Arts or Science

 

Marketing Automation Specialist

MRM needs execution and operation work for HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and Eloqua. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of use in any of these platforms for a mid-size or enterprise organization. We’re looking for an administrator who can engage with our clients to design and build solutions that exceed their marketing and sales objectives and expectations.

Primary job functions include:

  • Build demand generation assets including emails, landing pages, and nurture programs
  • Fully manage global deployment including utilization of built-in features and integration with Salesforce and/or Dynamics CRM
  • Manage day-to-day HubSpot system maintenance and configuration, as well as act as the first line of support for our systems and overall marketing pipeline
  • Work closely with sales development, field sales, and channel sales teams to track lead flow and follow-up
  • Be internal SME/power user for marketing systems and evaluate new technologies and tools that could help scale and streamline the team’s effort
  • Maintain and test best practice optimized templates and conduct A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative and copy tests to continually improve ROI
  • Develop and implement data quality and enrichment programs to ensure data integrity
  • Implement process controls to adhere to data governance mandates such as GDPR

 

In this role, we’d prefer:

  • Applicants must have a current Marketing Automation certification or be able to pass the certification exam within 45 days of employment
  • Marketing automation tool experience helpful: Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce
  • Located in the Virginia or DC Metro Area

HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist (Technical)

MRM is looking for an individual who understands how HubSpot works from a technical perspective and can build advanced workflows, manipulate Excel, and learn how other technologies like Salesforce and other software applications connect to this platform. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of use of HubSpot for a mid-size company. We’re looking for a HubSpot administrator who can engage with our clients to design and build solutions that exceed their marketing and sales objectives and expectations.

Primary job functions include:

Salesforce.com Consultant

MRM needs execution help for Salesforce, an ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of use of Salesforce for a mid-size company. We’re looking for a Salesforce.com administrator who can engage with our clients to design and build solutions that exceed their marketing and sales objectives and expectations.

You will be working with many of the objects in Salesforce. These include but are not limited to Salesforce.com forecasting, contract management, opportunities, dashboards and reporting. This knowledge will help you maintain a strong understanding of other related business applications in order to make recommendations for client system and process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform all tasks related to day-to-day operations of Salesforce
  • Manage users, create and maintain custom objects and fields, handle data migration, and maintain page layouts
  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of sandbox environments to facilitate development and QA testing of new features and functionality
  • Support the day-to-day functionality of a complex implementation used by the Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Service teams.
  • Participate in the research, selection, set up and support of third-party application tools
  • Build time-based workflows and lead assignment rules
  • Design different custom dashboards for various user groups based on their business functionalities and needs.
  • Create and deploy reports for different user profiles based on the need in the organization
  • Prefer familiarity with APEX code or APEX triggers
