Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager at MRM you will become a trusted advisor to your clients and lead your project team in delivering value. Your strong project management skills will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and result in outcomes that further your client’s business objectives.

 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to clients
  • Understand the business outcomes your client is seeking to achieve and ensure the project team remains aligned with those outcomes
  • Build a strong, trusted relationship with your clients
  • Provide project status and lead weekly meetings
  • Ensure projects and programs remain on time, on budget, and deliver expected value
  • Facilitate solutioning workshops, track actions, and ensure client work is properly documented.
  • Seek opportunities for expansion within your assigned clients.

 

Requirements

  • Familiarity with technology-focused projects
  • Familiarity with modern project management tools (Monday experience a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of project management experience or a project management certification preferred (CAPM, PMP or similar)

HubSpot Technical Consultant

Do you geek out fixing HubSpot puzzles? Are you a frequent visitor to Communities, Academy, and HubSpot forums? Do you follow Kyle Jepson on LinkedIn? (If you know, you know).

 As a HubSpot technical consultant, you will design and implement HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub optimizations. In this customer-facing role, you will use technical skills that you’ve honed in your 3-5 years experience with HubSpot, ideally in a Marketing, Revenue, or Sales Ops role. This is a part time, hourly contract role at first, and may become a full-time position.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage HubSpot implementation and optimization using built-in features and integrations with Salesforce and other software applications
  • Manage day-to-day HubSpot system maintenance and configuration, as well as act as the first line of support for our clients
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot workflows, objects, fields, forms, data enhancement, and more. 
  • Implement process controls to adhere to data governance mandates such as GDPR
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, including Customer Success, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, technology and other groups.
  • Additional responsibilities or participation on internal projects will be decided upon with your manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with an agency
  • HubSpot Inbound and HubSpot Software certifications required within first 30 days of joining the organization
  • Very strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate strategy into discrete tasks
  • Work independently or as part of a team on client projects
  • Strong technical skills, especially HubSpot and Excel 
  • Bachelors or Masters of Arts or Science strongly preferred

 

Salesforce Technical Consultant

Do you have your next Trailhead in mind? Are you ready to guide our clients on a Salesforce adventure that helps them achieve their sales and marketing objectives?

 As a Salesforce Technical consultant, you will work on many Salesforce objects. These may include forecasting, contract management, opportunities, dashboards and reporting. This knowledge will help you maintain a strong understanding of other related business applications to make recommendations for client system and process improvements. This is a part time, hourly contract role at first, and may become a full-time position.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage users, create and maintain custom objects and fields, handle data migration, and maintain page layouts
  • Assist configuring and maintaining sandbox environments to facilitate development and QA testing of new features and functionality
  • Support the day-to-day functionality of a complex implementation used by the Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Service teams
  • Participate in the research, selection, set up and support of third-party application tools
  • Build time-based workflows and lead assignment rules
  • Design different custom dashboards for various user groups based on their business functionalities and needs
  • Create and deploy reports for different user profiles based on the need in the organization
  • Additional responsibilities or participation on internal projects will be decided upon with your manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable projects and tasks within Salesforce
  • Applicants must either be Salesforce Admin certified or be able to pass the certification exam within 30 days after start
  • Applicants must acquire the Salesforce Consulting certification within the first six months of employment
  • Prefer familiarity with APEX code or APEX triggers
  • Bachelors or Masters of Arts or Science strongly preferred
